"I wish I could give 10 stars. This was hands down the best appointment I have ever booked. As a young woman who is busy and doesn’t know anything about cars there is nothing I LOATHE more than taking my car to the dealership to get my oil changed. It typically goes something like this: I get to the dealership wait 30 minutes to talk to someone then sit in the cold 🥶 waiting room for 3 hours and next thing I know I’m spending $350 on an oil change and I have no idea what else. But after finding the Pit Stop I no longer put off my oil changes (like 3,000 miles over…). I literally changed my life. I scheduled an appointment for 7 AM on a Sunday and the staff was there exactly on time. I took the keys out snoozed for a little bit and they text me when my oil change was done. It was amazing, to say the least! Also I was not upsold on a million things that I didn’t know what they were, I literally just paid for the OIL CHANGE. I WILL BE A LIFETIME USER OF THE PITSTOP. 10/10 would recommend."
